AM Plastering & Building Services is run by Andrew Malet, with over twelve years of experience in plastering, rendering and building works across London and the South East.
We take a damaged area from strip-out and reinstatement, through plastering and finishing, to decoration, with other relevant trades coordinated where required.
Stage 1 – 2
Strip-out & Reinstatement
Saturated plaster and board removal, remedial preparation, plasterboard replacement and structural drying coordination after insured events.
Stage 3 – 4
Plastering & Finishing
Traditional and modern plaster systems, smooth finishes, drylining, coving and cornice reinstatement, sympathetic matching of existing details.
Stage 5
Decoration & Completion
Final decoration to the finish quality the property had before the loss, with other trades coordinated and the area handed back complete.
